Dietary

The dietary departments of our facilities are supervised by highly qualified Registered Dietitians and food service personnel. Our staff provide a personal touch while maintaining a high standard of excellence in meeting the individual needs of our residents.

Our dieticians provide assessment and counseling on nutrition basics, nutrition in the life cycle / aging, nutrition for health (weight management, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease) and medical nutrition therapy (intestinal, diabetes, renal, anemia, and cancer). Our aim is to identify nutrition strengths and problems, develop plans of care that ensure the resident nutrition needs are met, and to ensure that independence in eating is maintained.

Our food service personnel provide three well-balanced meals that are prepared according to standards and regulations, which are pleasing to the senses. Special diets, as prescribed by the physicians, are accommodated without sacrificing appeal.
